Vernal & Naples
Ceremonies at the Vernal Utah Temple, receptions at the Western Park Convention Center, the Bingham Center, or private homes. The shortest routes — usually 3–4 hours of limo time covers everything.
From the church doors to the reception barn. A chauffeur who knows every back road in the Basin.
High Class Limousine Services provides wedding transportation across the entire Uintah Basin — Vernal, Roosevelt, Duchesne, Jensen, Naples, Maeser, and the rural ranches and event venues between them. Stretch limousine packages run $500–$1,500 depending on hours and route. We coordinate ceremony departures, bridal party transport, parent transport, and grand-getaway exits. Common Basin venues include the LDS temple sites, McKee Springs, Pelican Lake-area barns, and private family ranches. Book 6–9 months ahead for peak season.
A Basin wedding is its own thing. The ceremony might be at a church in Vernal, the reception at a family ranch outside Roosevelt, and the photos somewhere up Dry Fork Canyon in between. The driving matters more than people think.
We've run limos for weddings in every corner of the Uintah Basin — from intimate elopements at the McKee Springs petroglyphs to 200-guest receptions at family-built barns out past Tridell. Every wedding has a route nobody talks about, and getting the bride and the bridal party from one point to another on time, comfortably, in a vehicle that doubles as a backdrop for fifty photos, is something we treat as a real responsibility.

Many Roosevelt weddings happen at the Roosevelt LDS Stake Center or family ranches between Roosevelt and Myton. We typically run 4–6 hours, accounting for the longer drive time and any photo stops along Highway 40.
Smaller weddings often, but the routes can stretch out — especially when the reception is up at Strawberry or out toward Tabiona. 5–7 hour packages are common here.
Rural ceremonies and barn receptions. We're comfortable on dirt roads up to a point — anything beyond a graded ranch road, we'll discuss in advance.

Wedding limo costs in the Basin depend on three things: how many hours, how far the route runs, and how many vehicles you need. Most weddings book a single stretch limo for the bride and bridal party, with the option of adding a second limo for parents or grandparents.
We require a deposit at booking and the balance one week before the wedding date. No surprise charges at the end of the night — the package quoted is the package billed.
Champagne gold ribbon on the hood, polished exterior, tuxedoed chauffeur, complimentary champagne or sparkling cider, bottled water, ice, and red carpet rollout at the ceremony. We arrive 30 minutes early at every pickup, every time. The chauffeur stays in his vehicle during the ceremony — no wandering off, no being elsewhere when the bride steps out.
We handle the basics — ribbons, just-married signage if requested, and aisle red carpet. Anything more elaborate (floral arrangements on the limo, custom vinyl) needs to be coordinated with your florist or decorator and we'll work with them directly.

Six to nine months for peak wedding season (May–October) in the Basin. We book one wedding per Saturday in peak months, so calendar slots are limited.
The limo runs in any weather. We carry umbrellas for the chauffeur to escort the bride between the limo and the venue. We've worked Basin weddings in driving rain and in late-October flurries — the show goes on.
A graded dirt road, generally yes. A two-track or anything washboarded, no — and we'll tell you that before booking. If the access road is rough, we can drop at the highway and arrange shuttles for the last mile.
No. Champagne, ice, water, glasses, ribbons — all handled. If you want specific decorations, let us know in advance.
Eighteen percent gratuity is included in your quoted package price. Additional tipping is at your discretion and is never expected.
