    What Changes The Number

Six things that move the price.

The hourly rate is the base. From there, six factors push the final invoice up or down.

    • Day of the week: Saturdays are 10–20% higher than weekday bookings.
    • Season: Prom weekend and peak wedding season (May–September) are higher than off-season.
    • Vehicle size: A 14-passenger stretch is roughly 25% more per hour than an 8-passenger.
    • Total hours: Longer bookings get better per-hour rates. An 8-hour wedding day is cheaper per hour than a 3-hour minimum.
    • Distance: Long-haul transfers (SLC, Flaming Gorge, Dinosaur Monument) are flat-rate. In-town hourly stays at standard rates.
    • Gratuity: 18% is industry standard and built into our quotes. Some companies quote without it — always ask.

    What's Always Included

Chauffeur (tuxedoed for formal events, business-attire for executive transfers), fuel, bottled water, ice, sound system with phone hookup, LED interior lighting, and a clean exterior. We don't tack on fuel surcharges or "vehicle prep" fees after the fact.

    What Costs Extra

Champagne service ($45 per bottle), red carpet rollout (free for weddings, $25 for other events), additional stops beyond the original itinerary (billed at the hourly rate), and any toll roads (rare in our service area).

    Common Questions

    Pricing questions.

Why is there a 3-hour minimum?

A limousine has prep time on either side of every booking — wash, detail, position the vehicle, return it. A 1-hour booking still takes a half-day to staff. The 3-hour minimum reflects the actual cost of putting a clean limo on the road.

Are there cheaper options for short trips?

Yes. Our executive sedan service has a 2-hour minimum and runs $95–$130 per hour. For airport transfers under 30 miles, ride-share is usually cheaper if luxury isn't the goal.

Do you offer flat rates instead of hourly?

Yes, for airport transfers and known-distance tours. Vernal-to-SLC airport, Roosevelt-to-SLC, Duchesne-to-SLC, Flaming Gorge sunset tour, and Dinosaur Monument half-day are all flat-rate options.

    How does the deposit work?

A 25% non-refundable deposit holds the date. Balance is due one week before the booking. We accept credit card, debit, and check.

    What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 30 days out get the deposit refunded minus a $75 processing fee. Inside 30 days, the deposit is forfeit. Inside 7 days, the full booking amount is due. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
